Förster Variant Precision Welding Tables

Förster's new welding table system allows the user to create clamping and welding tables for various applications and adapt and adjust to the given task definitions correspondingly.

The basis of this system are twin T-slot profiles which enable shifting and clamping in two axes simultaneously.

Graduated scales can be found on the longitudinal profiles to ensure angularity.

The profiles themselves are made of a high- strength aluminum alloy with the same tensile strength as steel.

All Förster clamping fixtures can be mounted with the standard 14-mm T-slots, thus enabling 3D clamping of welding components.
Further Benefits of this System:

Highly resistant clamping profiles with regards to spatter sticking to gray cast-iron
Highly suitable for processing and machining of stainless steel
Welding points and junctions can be exposed and formed
The light mass of the clamping tables is particularly useful for hoisting and rotating platforms as well as turntables
Unbeatable cost-performance ratio

Frame Welding Table with Rotary, Hoisting and Swivel Functions
This piece of equipment brings manufacturers of steel frames a truly efficient means of manufacturing - for use in the production of items such as fire doors.

With this equipment, a frame can be completely welded (on all sides) in one single clamping process, with optimal weld positions for each side. This minimizes not only manufacturing and alignment times, but also the amount of rework on welded seams.

Frames can be produced which are 2,500 x 2,000 mm in size or even larger (upon request). Modifications to the longitudinal and latitudinal dimensions are done by adjusting the cross-rails and bearing carriages respectively. An integrated divided scale guarantees precise dimensions and angularity for the finished frames. To ensure full access to the welds from the front and the rear, the entire clamping device can be swiveled by approximately 320° and rotated by 360°.

To compensate mass eccentricities, variable balancing weights are fitted to the underside of the device.

To ensure a suitable welding position and good ergonomic conditions for the welder, the height of the unit can be adjusted using a motor with remote-control pedal. The position of the entire unit can be changed by rolling the unit on its support legs.
